Shipping Policy  

We are a company based in the United Kingdom that serves customers Worldwide.

We use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For or Royal Mail Second Class Shipping for the United Kingdom and Royal Mail Airmail Recorded Signed for all packages being mailed to Europe and the rest of the world. We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and we will do our best to make sure it is hand delivered to your door with the greatest of care and handling so that you may enjoy it.

Packages are dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing (exception for weekends and Bank Holidays) and delivered within 1-3 Business days if using First Class Hand Recorded Delivery for UK deliveries and 3-7 Business days for Royal Mail Second Class and for deliveries to Europe. Please allow up to 14 days for International Shipping. At times circumstances beyond our control may arise and there could be a longer delay in shipping although this is not a common occurrence.

Return Policy

We carefully package and inspect each item before being shipped out. If the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. You can choose to have a refund or exchange and we will refund your postage and packaging as well.

If you wish to return a purchase made with Littlewhoppets.com you have 14 days to return your purchase from date of shipping. Returns will not be accepted beyond this time frame. If you wish to cancel or return your order then submit a email to customercare@littlewhoppets.com containing your full name, Telephone number, Order Number (at the top right of invoice) the Item Description Code and a brief explanation of why you wish to return, exchange or cancel product. You may also telephone +44 1299 896661

Please return products that are not faulty to Littlewhoppets.com in unused condition with tags attached. Include the invoice that we emailed you and return within 14 days, we will either exchange the item for any other item of equal or lesser value or refund the cost of the item(s). We do not refund postage and packaging under these circumstances.
